T&Z Toys LLC sells products on a wholesale basis to qualified retailers, resellers, gift shops, distributors, and other businesses. We do not sell directly to individual consumers for personal use. All orders are subject to approval, minimum order requirements, and available inventory.

To place orders and access wholesale pricing, you may be required to provide accurate and complete business information, including a valid seller’s permit or resale certificate where required by law. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or suspend any account at our discretion.

Product availability, pricing, and minimum order quantities are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted are estimates until confirmed in writing. Orders are not binding until accepted and confirmed by T&Z Toys LLC.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order for any reason.

Payment terms are determined at the time of order approval. Accepted payment methods may include credit card, bank transfer, check, or other arrangements agreed upon in writing. Orders must be paid in full before shipment unless otherwise approved.

Shipping costs, delivery times, and carriers vary based on order size, destination, and availability. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. We may, at our discretion, offer replacement, credit, or refund for eligible claims.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, colors, styles, packaging, and availability may vary. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
